$24,500,000 Sale Reported In Aspen

Aspen Lakes Ranch, a new, single-family home located at 460 Sunnyside Lane on McLain Flats sold for $24,500,000 making it the most expensive Aspen real estate sale to date in 2010.

Listed for sale at $29,500,000, this seven bedroom, eight and one-half bath home sits on almost nine acres and encompasses 13,068 square feet.

Aspen Lake Ranch is the most expensive single family sale since July 14, 2009, when Joshua & Co. sold a Willoughby Way home for $43,000,000.
