Ajax Tavern Reopens With a Fresh New Look and Feel

My husband and I got exciting news yesterday, and to celebrate we went to Ajax Tavern, at the base of Aspen Mountain near the Silver Queen gondola for dinner.  It reopened last weekend after a much needed face lift.  A new chef, Jim Butchart was hired to recreate the food offerings at the restaurant and an upgrade in staffing was icing on the cake.  The new general manager, Ryan was not only friendly, but quick to help his staff while visiting tables to ensure we were fully enjoying our dining experience.  The Tavern is now serving dinner and is a terrific setting for an apres ski drink or an elegant night out with friends or a loved one.
