Fall

Fall is in the air.  The music school students have left until next summer and the Labor Day Jazz Aspen Snowmass concerts finished yesterday.  This is one of my favorite times in Aspen.  The mornings are crisp and the afternoons warm.  The anticipation of skiing is on everyone's minds, although summer in Aspen is never easy to leave behind.   As I drove to the office today, I noticed several trees are starting to change color along Cemetery Lane in west Aspen and soon our mountains will be covered with a bright array of fall colors.

The crowds are quietly coming and going, and we get to fully enjoy the paradise we call home.   We are truly living the dream.
