Main area of focus: "Recently [it's] been on the race for Aspen's high-end residential properties on behalf of my buyers.  When my luxury buyers win the race, they often refer me to their friends.  In 2004, my most expensive sale was Meanwhile Ranch for $15,000,000; my least expensive was a building site for $275,000."

Destined for Aspen: "I came here for  the same reason that brings everyone else...beautiful mountains, beautiful skiing, and beautiful people. After only eight days in Aspen in 1969, I was certain I would one day make it my home. It took 15 years to accomplish, but I was able to raise my sons in the best environment I could ever imagine."
