The 4th of July is this Friday and it typically brings more people to Aspen than the winter holiday season. Hotel rooms are scarce and parking spaces are typically full. This weekend is always a highlight of the summer in Aspen. Locals and tourists alike will line the streets on Friday morning to watch the creative and nostalgic floats troll through the Aspen streets. For those of you who are a little more ambitious, the Boogie's Diner Buddy 5 mile race starts at 8:00am in front of Boogie's Diner. All proceeds from the event go to benefit the Buddy Program.
