Dain and his wife moved to the Roaring Fork Valley permanently in 2013 from Connecticut. They live in Woody Creek and have been longtime visitors to the Valley, beginning with their days as students at the University of Colorado–Boulder.
Dain began his career in San Francisco working for Francis Ford Coppola on the film “Apocalypse Now,” “The Black Stallion” and many other productions. He wound up living in Westport, Connecticut, where he and his wife raised their family. A second home in Nantucket sparked a new career in real estate development. His company, Summit Property Group, designed and built more than 20 custom homes on the island and in Westport.
Since moving to Colorado, Dain has joined Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty and is excited to share his knowledge and experience in real estate sales and ownership with new clients.
